This isn't the first time I heard that. So far he has been served every year for the last 3 years. Is it confirmed arb?

Re: pansat coder "blacklist" served papers.
These look almost identical to the papers , supposedly, released in Florida 2 weeks ago. Only names and locations were changed. Weird how the confidentiality sheet mentioned Free tech and not pan sat.
In WW2 they used leaflet drops in attempt to break the morale of the enemy

Re: pansat coder "blacklist" served papers.
Every time we have a neg change or DN stubs there toes we have rumors flying like crazy. We just all need to set back and enjoy our families and read some good books. Or better still learn to code that might be fun.
