We are not stupid, don't think everyone is ignorant and complaining for no reason. But tell me, why when I look at sonicview is it up an running when I'm down??? I know what we are doing, sometimes we do not have a choice, but let me complain a bit when my manufacturer is the ONLY one sucking at this point! Sorry, but it's the truth. Anyways, we'll all be at the same point when N3 rolls around.

uh excuse me if I'm wrong but its not the only manufacturer that has been down...and remember the coders don't owe you a thing. These receivers are sold for true fta and what you do with it is your own business. If you think the coders owe you something I really do suggest to hurry and get your cable and enjoy it.

I'm sorry to say to you my friend that yours is not the only one with problems, coolsat has been down for months.
I never implied that anyone was stupid, I try to make a point of treating everyone with the same respect I would like to enjoy.
Just get a grip on reality my friend and remember it's a hobby at best.

my c/w 700 froze up, did a hard reeboot, when i change channels it just takes about 45 seconds for channel to come in, mine has not froze in 1 hr.!! put to the channel u whant to watch, say 120, let it sit on that channel for 45 seconds or so and then the channel worked again

i do not understand why folks b/ctch when there box goes down, and the people bashing other brands of boxes should do some research and understand the boxes are ment for true free to air, to get dish working is just 1 huge bonus for us people to get that satalite, bashing coders or the company of there box they have nothing to b?tch about, if u want to watch t.v. without it going down, put fatory file back in your box and go to the true free to air and put those satilites up and it will never go down, people that say this rec is no good, goes down always should shake there heads and realize that it is just one huge bonus to get dish nertwork, without coders there would never have gotten dish network, plus if u do some reading u will find out those coders are just helpping us out to get the dish network to work !!!!!!!!!!!!! all boxes are excellent for true free tree to air, if u would understand basically the fta boxes are not ment to work on dish net. stop complaining and tune your satilite to a true free to air satilite in the sky and put factory file in your box and stop bashing companys, coders and aba dss, plus in a few weeks u will not even get dish net because i repeat, that those boxes are not ment to even work on dish net!!!! plus when u complain it makes the site upset for something you are not even ment to get!! i not trying to make u made or bash u but i guess u dont understand fta!!! there is nothing wrong with any fta box, if u are on an a true fta satilite!! enough said, thanks aba dss for your support over the years, u people go beeond the call of duty as well as the coders, thanks for everything u have helpped and answered to all the people that u have helped out!!!

is anyone else's 2700a down? mine went off at 6:02 pm est time. it stay on 45 seconds then cuts off. is it just my box or everyone's? please get back to me asap thank you very much

I understand files from 5/13 are working for Pansats...can anybody verify this?

The support for the CW800 has traditionally been solid ... recent events may have had an impact on file ability.

I believe that it is a change in a timer call ... try using old files to see if you get any improvement (and report back). The keys have not changed so its a timer call, that's why the freezing repeats like clock work (no pun intended).

I dont really understand why people start badmouthing a certain receiver because it goes down, you knew when you got into the fta, that nothing was promised.. A few months ago the captive works was staying up when others were down. Its probable a good idea that you are getting cable.
You should have a backup. (captiveworks is not the only one down the coolsat 6100 is also down)

buddy do some reading about fta, they are ment for them too work on dish net guy, they are ment for true free to air sats. in the sky, getting dish net is a bonuse because those channels u watch on d/n are not true fta sats. there are people that just happen to now how to hack the signal, plus 95% of fta users have always had back up in case there rec. goes down. getting d/n is just 1 huge advatage, and if there was no 1 to hack d/n u would not even have gotten it, put the factory file back in and move your sats to the true fta sats in the sky and they will never go down guy!!!!! if u are a true fta user with the true fta sats in the sky what they are meant for u will never go down and have to put fta companys down, witch is very rude !!! not trying to bash u or make u look silly, but if u understood what fta rec. are meant for i think u would change the way you look at true free to air xfmfl, do some reasearch ????
