CW 800, THIRD TIME THIS WEEK, wish I could just throw that "thing" in the pool, this has been the worst box choice i ever made, !!! what a piece of crap !!! never will this box withstand one ecm , like many other brand do , Time to retire maybe ? door stop an option ???
P.S. Just venting months of pent up aggression ! can't wait to get a cable subscription which was unfortunately not an option up until this week !

This is rare. My CW800 has never been down this much in 2 years. I just hope the coders didn't take off for a long weekend, I really want to see the fight tonight. Ok coders, please work your magic again.

Would be glad to sell, but international shipping would be too expensive. Darn.

And when the CW is always the only brand down (excluding tonight) and you call that being some of the "best" support, you're joking!! Look at our man up top who just said his CW is down and his SV is on without a hiccup.....THATS a good box, you know, one that works!!?? I've been "used to it" for a little to long!!!!!!

CW 800 is a good STB...yeah there's been like 3 hits in a week but this may be a prelude to N3 transitions.....I guess so....

Hey man the sv has been up since January...when nag3 hits it will be down too...so you gonna gripe about them then? I suggest you get some kinda backup.

My CW4000 went total black, no freezing and it never did that until the porn and HD went to n3. hope this isn't it.

Whoever is down always pitchs that theirs is the worst box ever, example Coolsat, folks just need to get it through their heads that these boxes are not sold with a gaurantee to always be decoding.
Sometimes your up sometimes your down.
It's like, you steal a car then complain that it gets poor gas mileage.
Learn to live with it.

We are completely ready for N3, But it's a shame our CWs are the ONLY boxes cutting up to 3 times a week for the past couple months. Thank god where we live they are putting in american cable for us,(we live in the caribbean and only had access to french tv) otherwise we would have been in trouble. We are planning on buying another box, just waiting for N3 to see what we should invest in. Going to take our time choosing this time!
