- Each TP can be aimed at Canada or the US
- Expected to launch second half of 2009, set for September 18 for activation around Oct 1
- Track the launch progress at MISSION CONTROL: Nimiq 5
- Dish will lease 16 transponders for 10 years

man, echostar certainly has no problems in lying to the courts eh? noticed the document keeps listing D15H & B3V as "customerrs" of 3CH0*, when realistically, they're subdivisions.

So is this a addition to Bev or a replacement? Also I assume the Charlie will be using those leased TPs for HD and International programing.
