nFusion Nova on the way out ... well maybe.
Yes, folks its true nFusion will end support of the Nova, the box that built their company and introduced most of us to a new concept (even though card sharing was done way back in the day, but anyway) -- it appears that the Nova will go the way of the Dodo, not because it deserves to, or because its totally necessary, but because the code team (although more than capable) simply do not wish to support the Nova any longer.
The justification for this is 'clones' ... and while their are some based on the exact same design as the Nova i.e., the TEES (although it was out before the Nova) and others ... there are not as many as they might have you believe. But yes there are some.
So, support is ending for a good product for no other reason than $$$$ and the lure and opportunity to make more.
And while it appears that the Nova will take its final curtain call later tonight, there is a code team who have proven that options can be delivered and it is possible to offer more options than the coders for nFusion care to - they have said that they will offer a new file called the Mac & Cheese II file.
While the timing of the delivery of this new file is not known, don't toss out your Nova's or buy a new box before it has been deemed 100% necessary.
But ahead of complaining about nFusion, remember just how much uptime you did have when many had nothing.

Re: nFusion Nova on the way out ... well maybe.
How about a thread for Nova owners to post if the receiver is still functioning?
CG you the man.
