So if Kwak is forbidden to engage in any business relating to satellite or TV, that means a no for any hopes of Viewsat returning to store shelves. I was really hopeful that after the trial is over, Kwak would start to sell FTA boxes again and I can dust off my Maxhd. Maybe another person can pick up the north american distribution or we have to wait for the WS weather forecaster.

18 mo of prison is pretty easy, considering how much $$$ he made. Plus, he'll probably get booted out early on good behavior around 12 mo. 3 years of probation kinda sucks tho...

If you're not used(is there such a thing as getting used to prison?) to prison I would think any amount of time in, is not easy.
