Re: Pansat being sued now by Echostar
I just watch FTA stuff. But sure, if it was $50.00 for a decent package I might be swayed.

My question is: if you were able to obtain everything that you currently get for less than $50, would you get it legit?

Re: EchoStar News from the Courts
What I find amazing, is the stations we pay advertisers to see are the same ones the dih people charge for. If they approched their business from the standpoint of premium TV-give its subs the channels we pay for through commercials and charge us for premium channels as we use them. Seems like double jeoprady to me. Most of the channels on the sats can be received analog or digital with a simple TV antenna. Sure, you can only receive the channels in your area but they are still free. I don't think their lawsuit has any legs.

Re: Pansat being sued now by Echostar
I pay fifty dollars a month to Direct, twelve a month to cable, and have fta. I would gladly pay five hundred a year to have the combo in one box.

Re: Pansat being sued now by Echostar
I agree MOPAR Man if we could pay a half decent fee a year DN and many others would benefit but that’s what happens in the bueiness world everyone wants it all to them self’s and with all these law suites being haded out by Charlie they would save a lot of money because they’s things could get tied up in court for a long time and time is money!

Re: EchoStar News from the Courts
you would think that DN/B3V make enough money already. pretty re****ulous how they want to sue to make more $$$, maybe if they lowerd the cost people might subscribe and get more customers.

Re: lawsuits against fta manufacturers records compiled.
I know why i left b3v, it was because they were charging me for THREE (thats right, 3) different places, 1 of them a former address, and the other place they were charging me for was the PREVIOUS person of where i NOW live. so picture being billed 100$/month for 3 different places, 1 of which you dont live at, and the other at a place you WILL NEVER LIVE AT, and getting a bill EACH month saying you owe 300$ + taxes. didn't matter how much you called in, and tried having them fix it, they STILL charge you 300$/month...after 6 months of this, i said "f*** it", did my research, and went to FTA. Theres no way b3v could justify those actions, charging you for places where you didnt order service, not to mention 2 places you didnt order for.
