It kinda looks like Dish Network is trying to say that FTA boxes are produced with the sole intention to pirate. Now why is Dishnet taking this guy to court instead of the manufacturer? TDG does not manufacture FTA boxes does he?
It looks like a round about way to try to have sales banned without taking on another few corporations in court.
If he was selling the boxes loaded with the software needed to decrypt Dishnet then thats kinda dumb.
Even operating a site like ABA and owning a store that sells FTA boxes is walking a line.
That is good info and a pretty interesting read.

Well this is one of many things to come for The FTA supplier.They've had TDG under the scope for awhile now .Now we need to lay back and watch the next move .

It kinda seems like they are gonna give up on the current encryption method, they admitted defeat in the court documents shown in the post.
