Hello all:

Thank you for your continued support to us. It is truly taking us too long
to come out with the files. We are working on them still. People have to
realize we are not the only FTA box without a fix. CNX which is an
excellent box with great support still does not have a fix! Satopia also,
supported by a great team, still does not have a fix. This is not an excuse
of course but it is just to prove the point that because we are late with
the file does not mean Team Captain is leading-on, tricking, or deceiving
their loyal supporters, as some have claimed. People have to stop the
dramatic reactions and accusations and realize this is a 'business' and
every company has its ups and downs.

The previous announcement by us was truly built on the impression that we
did have a functional file but due to very frequent freezing after 30
minutes of viewing, releasing this file would be just as bad as having no
fix at all.

We are working around the clock to solidify our support once and for all so
this type of down-time NEVER happens again.

Unfortunately, many out there seem to think a bin is owed them. A lot of others don't care that we have many channels that work but they want the premium. As for me, I am happy watching the re runs recorded months ago. Thanks to the team for their continued support of this hobby of testing.

Could not have stated any better...very good man. Just be thankful that Team Captain will continue to support there great/good boxes.

sometimes when you try to do good it ends up backfiring. that's just part of life...it's nothing personal.
