Updated list of Working Receivers as of 01/18/08
Vtoskov compiled the list and I just updated & added the links Hope it helps out the new people here. And remember to
ALWAYS DOUBLE-CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT BIN!!!
And as always, you need to be a VIP member to be able to download the files. Click on Membership Upgrade button at the top of the screen to join
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update: Coolsat 4000/5000/6000 added.
Most if not all receivers are up and running with both DN and Bev. If your box is not on the list, then either the fix is not out (yet) or it just came out and I haven't updated so check the downloads section OR it doesn't need a fix.

I love your links idea and think we should have this up at times like this when traffic is heavy. Way to go to both of you!

Re: Updated list of Working Receivers as of 01/18/08
Nice job...very clean & I know that took some time to do.
Arb has done this for a while...but I like the link aspect of it.
Maybe this will be a no brainer to make the site work smoother this way...

Yep... But guess what?
In the Real world 95% of the people will ask questions and we'll be back at square one again. Everything looks good on paper though..

I think there should be a universal always-up-to-date list like this showing which receiver is up and using what bin. So whenever a newbie asks a question, we can just link him/her to the list

I agree, we'll keep on doing this if we get positive reaction and if the number of posts asking for bins decreases a little due to this. It took a few minutes but it helps and saves the forum from cluttering, but it's not a 100% perfect solution. There'll always be questions asked if a specific fix is out or not.
Glad you guys like the list, and big thanks to Itaintrite for cleaning up my original list and adding the links.
Awesome job dude, keep up the good work, and we'll do this again.

Re: Updated list of Working Receivers as of 01/18/08
I think the ops can help by (copying another forum's idea) of having a big-*** banner at the top on the page. A frontpage is annoying, but a banner isn't that bad
