We are down- both providers.Reportedly ecm NOW in effect?
Sorry to report there is reportedly wide spread effect of the EXPECTED ecm (as reported by Arb.earlier) in effect in the west coast n more...for the past short while...
International channels down-n-intermittant disruption on both providers...
