I assume you just bought your neosat, it hasnt been down any longer than 20 minutes in the last 3 months, and by the way, iks is up on neosat..

Neosat ipro 2000 with old bin v 2.99 works!!! Set F3 to A/R OFF, IKS a/r ON, and IKS only ON. In other words F3: OFF, ON, ON. Good luck!!
