Viewsat to extend warranty on ALL units!
Viewsat in an unprecedented move, is NOW extending all their warranties, on all units sold to 2 FULL YEARS! Giving us yet another reason to buy OEM vs clones. In the ongoing clone battle nobody really wins. Each time a new way to expose counterfeits is found, clone makers respond by changing their counterfeits to match. What they can't match is the QUALITY built in to every Viewsat receiver. The repair center is all caught up now, and any units that were sent in to be repaired (that aren't clones) will be returned this week! Due to so many sending cloned products to Viewsat, the repair center had been back logged. They are all caught up now, and any OEM Viewsat units sent in for repair, will be shipped back to the customer within 3 to 5 days. Viewsat definitely shows us their good intention by voluntarily increasing their warranty to 2 full years, covering virtually every receiver they ever made (except the original black BETA Vs-2000's which are now over 2yrs old). This says alot about a company that recognizes an existing problem, and makes every effort to show they're here for all who TRUST in their good name. Bravo Viewsat! Leading the way is never easy when done right!
