Does VS Ultra require ch list

I'm using a VSplat right now, and I'm thinking of getting an Ultra. Right now I use the Fav's with my Plat to create my list, of course when I do fact def I lose it all. So I never use fact def b4 loading bins.
Question is Can I create Fav's with the Ultra the same way I do with my Plat??

Yes you can do the same thing. I rarely have to do a factory reset between bins anyway. Only 2 times in the last year that I can remember.

I do not have a VS Plat, but I do have the Ultra, and I'm assuming that it should be a pretty similar process. What you can do though is get the channel master program and create and save a channel list as you desire and load them every time you need to do a factory default. It's a bit time consuming but it's woth it...

Thx JrFTa, but I was looking to use the Ultra's channel system. Lazy I guess. Not much into the gadgets(Channel Loaders etc) and I'm quite used to the VS Plat. Much appreciated though.

With ultra you can download channels to memory stick thru usb and you will always have them. Plus using the memory stick to program unit is way better than using the cagle to pc.
