Channel Guide help

Need some help. I'm setting up a new VS Ultra and can't seem to get the channel guide to come up. All I get is "no information" on everything. I can't remember how I got my other one to work. I probably just failed stupid but can someone help?

you will need to go into the menu and settings and change your local time. if you are on the east coast, its GMT -5, on the west, GMT -8. if the time is not correct, the epg will not populate. you can also from the menu, download the epg or just let it sit and it will in time fill up. mine is notorious for having some info, other days less, not sure why but for the most part i get almost all the epg.

leave on 0200 for DN and 2218 for b3v and the guide will populate quicker.
