Loop Out - Can this be done?
I am currently running a VS900HD, 110-119-91-82 with a disceq switch, works great.
Can I use the Loop out connection on the back and run to a VS Extreme?
If this is possible, will the Xtreme run independent of the 9000 or will the channels mirror each other?
Thanks

They wont mirror but only one will work properly at a time, as long as the other is turned off.

Re: Loop Out - Can this be done?
Usually the first stb in the run controls the other, if stb 1 is on a vert channel the other one will only get horizontals, and vise versa. The other thing usually is the stb first in line will only spit out to the other stb the info for whatever sat it is on, i.e. if stb 1 is on 119 then stb will only get sat 119. Everything I said might not be the case with the vs 9000, that I cant say for sure.

i have a line into cw600p looped out to vs extreme looped out to pansat 2700a
the cw and vs work great but the panny will only work if back switches are on and power off on other 2
it's just something i tried to test old bins on but i kept it set up in another room
