check this out buddy:
c/p:

No 13v to 18v switching to lnb
0 volts at sat in connector= no signal
20v at connector vertical transp only
Bad power transistor


Replace # Tip42C, the transistor on main board
directly in front of large silver box that the
lnb connects to. (Illustration #1 in photo)

Note: Can use NTE332 for Tip42C, do not use Tip42A or Tip42B.
Check orientation before removal and install in same direction.
Leave legs long
All voltages tested at Sat In connector at rear of box center hole to ground.
