thats the biggest down fall with the captivworks,their remotes.
they don't understand the epg button needs to go by your thumb up by the ok button and should not be so small and out of the way.same with the info button.
these are buttons used most often,yet they place them out of the way on their remotes.making you toss the remote in your hand,to place your thumb by the button,or using your other hand to press the buttons.
what a pain lol
other than that,they are great stbs.
