To keep your guide updated,You need to set the Time Zone right on your box, (minus) -5:00 hrs for east coast. Summer time ON,and Auto Time on.
You can set it how far to populate in User Options. DN up to 7 days, bev 44 hours. To populate dn let it sit on channel 239 for a bit.
