Help with a 360 elite!

I am still trying to get this 360 elite up and running. This is what I have. I have a Dish 500 with DPplus twin lnb's for 119 and a single lnb om a Dish 500 for 61.5. All are linked through a DPP 44 switch to 3 TV's 2 HD and one analog. Right now I am working on the 360 Elite hooked up to the analog TV. The only upgrades I have put on the 360 is SV369 Elite_V0135P and SV360 Elite SAT file.sat. First is this the only upgrades I need? The next is I am trying to scan sat on EchoStar 8,X and am setting the dish settings for :
Connection DPP Separator
Xsponder 12224
Legacy Switch SW44lnb2
But it keeps failing the scan, and the times I do get a good scan and I get video I get only a few channels. I have looked at Edwardsao setup for dish 500 setup but it doesn't work eyther. Please HELP!!!!!

ok yes you have the right files in now i have question first

now are you just using the dp44

are you running 2 cables in the elite or 1

this is not a question shut off legacy switch unless you are using one and you are not ..

also bud can you give more info ok i got that you have a dpp lnb what is the 3rd one and are they all going to the dp44 ??

for the lnb should be ocs-dp
try and use seperate if you are running 2 cables
lnb freq 12250

will be the same but tp freq will be 12239

are you just using the dp44 and how many cables are going to the elite ..

Hello all,
I have tried all that you asked me to do; however what I am getting in really interesting. I will scan sat 1 time and get certain stations, but not some. So I will rescan and this time I will get some of the stations I was missing but loose some of the stations I already had. Has anyone seen this before?
