how to get new sonicview360 elite to take factory flash

I have everthing hook up right but it won't download any help

How do you have the receiver hooked up to do you factory flash? and why do you want to flash it with the factory file?

I don't need factory flash??? I am trying to upload file,
please help !!! does anyone know why I cannot complete file upload on my sv 360 elite from flash drive. says "READING" then it freezes

That free usb stick that comes with your receiver is faulty, try a different usb flash drive, that should be it, If not hopefully one of these ever-so-helpful people here can figure it out, I am way too new at all of this to give advice. good luck, TOM

this question was in the sv4000 section.
i moved it to correct section.
most people know the rules and will not help when something is posted in wrong section.
thing is,no one reported the post,so i just saw it now.
mountaineer just didn't notice back along when he replied-we all do that,myself included at times.
anyway,its in correct section now and should get more help.

make sure to format the usb stick to FAT32.

So someone spell it out for everyone out here... something we need to know about reloading the factory bin on the 360? for whatever reason? Just filling in the blanks ;-)
