sonicview elite problems

i just got sonicview elite and cant get channels.
followed setup directions,loaded berverly 147 and nothing. gave it time to roll still nothing. signal is 75 quality is 99. at end of scan top of the screen says failed. is this normal? does 147 work with dn? how long should it take to roll?

you have good S/Q so thats not the problem. Does it confirm in the top right hand corner that your hitting the bird? example: does it say 119 for echo 7? How many channels did it scan? the bins are for both dik and b3v and the roll usually takes a few min but can take a little longer. What dishes, lnbs, switches are you using? Post your settings

Did you load the correction file? If you have never loaded it, go to this link & download the file. Then before you install the file, do a factory reset, install the file, & then install latest bin. Good luck, The Crunch Man.

a directv dish echostar 7(119.0w) lnb-single, frequency-12250, 22khz-on, lnb-on, transponder-12224, legasy-sw21lnb1. i got around 170 channels.
instructions say 22khz off but off i get no signal. also when scanning it says 99 quality 75 signal, but when i check individual channels after scan its about 60-40.

you have to put your
lnb type >>standar
lnb freq >>>12250
TP frq>>>>12224 not 12239 as normal
disq>>>>>>sw21 lnb1

satellite 119°
LNB power: on
LNB type: single
LNB frequency: 11250
TP : 12239
22khz.: off
search options: all
network search: on
Diseqc : off
motor: disable
legacy switch: sw42 lnb1

brother if you are pointed to sat 119 DN you cant load the fix beberly 147 you must load the fix for DN
