Cant find software upgrade for SV 360 Elite V 0104
I am looking for a software upgrade file for the sonic view 360 elite version 01.04 software, the first one to find it has my upmost respect and has earned some serious bragging rights.... Ive had problem after problem for the last 8 hrs trying to upgrade with version 01.03 software. freezes while "READING" when attempting to upload from flash drive. I'm very computer illiterate, so it might be something simple, but I have tried about everything...Thanks

where are you seeing v0104 at? There is no factory file v0104. only v0103

When I go to version information following the prompts from the menu screen on my Sv 360 elite. my guess is that the SV manufacturer is now using newer version of software?

This is true.
My STB came out of factory May 2008 showing factory firmware v0104. The file can not be located on the web or elsewere.
The last officialy published factory file is still v0103 dated April 2008.
If you go back to v103, as I did, you will probably not gain any improvement (I didn't) and also not be able to return to v0104 to know if and what you may have lost.
On the other hand going to a non factory - third party - firmware may void your warranty.
Why do you want the v0103 instead v0104?

This is a c/p from me to their tech support.
You are correct.
We are working on getting that firmware on the website. As of now, I’m not sure when it will be posted. You should still be able to use the 103 firmware without problem.

Isn't there a latest version called V0104 for the Elite. Mine has V0103 and the newer ones have V0104, but I can't seem to find it on any of the Official SV websites.
