tuner one

If only on one tuner should not you get both 110 and 119 if thay are the only providers you have?.Since we were down the other day I have only been able to get one . I've tried ever thing I can. Only one way to get in to the box.Any help will be appreciated.

I am not sure I completely understand the question. You normally get both 119 & 110 on both tuners, but now since the last outage you are still getting 119 & 110 but only one one tuner?

Or... are you only getting one of the satellites?

I am going to assume that you have already tried rebooting the box by using the rear switch.

I only have one direct line,I waiting for a person to run the other line in. when I got the box and had it hooked up, both satellites came in.

check your settings and see if they changed somehow
