about twice a day stb goes out for about 5 min.just wandering if any one has same problem.premier does not do it.and somthing else elite does that premier dosnt is when you go to epg and scroll down the sound glitches for a second for any feed back thanks in advance

providers change keys a couple times a day iv read.
this will effect ALL stbs running 3rd party files.
inside the file is a code that will search and find these new keys,but the catch is,its not seamless.keys are only sent out so often from the stream.your stb needs time to find and enter them.thus the few minute blackout.
you may not have noticed this with your premier,this is because you have had your Elite running during the key changes,or you were not present at the time to watch the blackout with your premier.
the sound glitch in the epg,just sounds like a small/minor bug.these little things are common with all stbs,but at different times,the coders continue to work out the bugs.small things might be big things as far as actually trying to code it out,and remember the larger bugs generally(not always) will have top priority.
