the loader is the computer program that sends the bin file from your computer to your stb by way of the null modem cable

thanks, also why is it that im not able to see lots of channels like ppv i get a black screen that says no signal i have a sonicview 360 elite pvr.

We need to know what make STB you are using, what bin file, list your Sat settings and what sat are you aiming for. When you let us know this info, I will move your thread so more members can help you...

im using a sonicview sv-360 Elite Pvr, Bin file is SV360 Elite_V0149P Beverly and im aiming towards satellite 110 and 119.

BEV birds are 82 and 91. Nimiq birds. Try this bin...

what is BEV birds? and also why is it that if i turn off the receiver with the remote power button, when i come back 30 minutes later and turn it on i get a message saying No service or Scrambled?

BEV= Bell Express Vue, Sats are Nimiq 1 and Nimiq 2, at 82 and 91 degrees. Dik net, Charlie, =Dish Network, Sats are Echo 6,8 and Echo 7, at 110 and 119 degrees...

Make sure the auto roll in the menu is turned on. My friend read read read. There is a ton of info on this great site, please make an effort to read before asking cause you will learn so much more. If you can not find the answer ask away everyone is here to help you out.
