Trouble scanning sat 119

I have loades latest bin, set user settings, went to dish setting screen and set to echostar 7. The light blue box top right displays echostar 8 all the time. The dish is set up for both 110 and 119 ok because I have paid DISH Net also. I have a dual dishpro lnb. 2 lines for paid dish and 2 for FTA. Am I hooking them up wrong on the back of the box? They are connected to the top 2 inlets. Signal 67, Quality 48, but I get 110 clearly. My paid dish works fine. (same Dish ).
Can anyone help with getting both birds at once, and then putting them in some kind of order like Dish uses. I am a former Coolsat 4k & 5K owner.

DisEqc - port 1
tpfreq - 12239

if yes,you need a DP34
