From Ultra to Elite

the tp that has higher quality is the ones you should be getting all the channels on.the tp with low quality you will get very little to no channels on.

Ok, so what can I do to get a higher quality tp so that I can get those channels. I had them before with my viewsat ultra and now I can't seem to pick them up. It seems that the Ultra was a whole lot less complicated then this new Elite but I'll be patient.

if you go into your settings on sat 119 and tp on 12239 tell me what your sig and quality is. and on 110 tp on 12224 tell me the same

On sat 119 tp 12239 the signal is 71 quality is 0
On sat 110 tp 12224 the signal is 71 quality is 0

there your problem now lets get it fixed your settings should look like this
lnb type might be different depends on what you got
Satellite 110 - Echostar 8,10 or (6,8)

When I change the port on echostar 8 to port 2 the signal goes to 0 what can be causing that.

do not worry about tuner 2 and take off dpseperater

On settings I change Diseqc I change it to port 2 and signal goes to 0. I know it shouldn't go to 0, right? What do I do to fix it.

what kind of dish and lnb set up do you have?

so you are trying to pick up 110/119/129? 129 is just hd no good for our elites and are you using any type of switch??????
