Which file is the utility file?

Just curious. When RB did his he still had a viewing pic after running the IHUB upgrade. He then loaded the fix and got ALL his pics.
WHat I'm curious about is whether your fix was taken properly when loaded. Check the Version Information, does it show the correct rom version?? If so, I'm lost too, why you only have one channel.

hey ZeZe, i have a Elite and Premier, does the Ihub_v_1_4.bin can be install in both receiver or only on the elite? Thank

both show the correct rom menu and the win utlity and when i shut it off it say connect and gives me a perfect ipconfig utlity and also i reset my router and re entered all the ports and even put it in the dmz zone i cam also still upload the 1.4 so there is a connection and i get 1 channel .. it is really messing me up i think i will have remove the hib sys clean it and then reload the files back .. nothing else to try .. it read the 462 and th 1.4 perfectly .. hmmm

V_1_4 bin is the utility file. It was posted with the Utility Loader.

NO NO NO don't LOAD V_1_4 to the STB. it's for the Utility Loader to be run on a PC on your Network.

how can i run it in a PC, it end with .BIN?

can u give steps how to run it.

well this wat i did, not sure if that is right

install Wiznet

click search, everything fine

click on UPLOAD, and upload the IHUB V 1 4.BIN

OK Zeze is that right?

lilgamer; yes you've got it; click on search again and it should show the updated version of the iHub firmware (v1.4);
Next, load the 209 bin to the STB via USB, as before.

by the help that i read here with the ne software 1.4 and the loader and the bin might i say im happy to say it took an hour but i got it all updated thanks guys.

Wiznet is a webloader...Not a zip utility...You can find it at the very top of the SV forum download section...speedy1966

I was really concerned about doing this update, since my Elite has been working pretty darned well over the last week or so -- some freezing and outages but certainly acceptable for a 'beta' trial. But everything went exactly as predicted and the box came right back up. Time will tell if the reliability is better, but I'm more than willing to take baby steps for now.

Special kudoes to those who took the time to write out the instructions in detail!
