You can say that again my friend... I came to SV from Coolsat, those FU***** lead everyone down the road to just drop em, the only option was to upgrade... so I did ;-) Sonicview is the best receiver on the planet!

Now SVP is up with very few micro freezes since v1.4 & 209, before that it was freezing every 5 - 10 min. Unlike Zeeks' flawless run with hub......but all good now......thanks to the powers that be, Whom ever that may be

ok this is what i dont get what cable do i use to install 1.4, ive already downloaded winzet and 1.4 now how do i downloaded to my sv elite, i have a dsl modem, but dont have wireless everytime i want to see tv i unhook my ethernet from my desk top, and then i hook up the ethernet to my sv to work directly so i can see tv, so that where i dont update my rcvr thru pc

NO CABLE REQUIRED. If your PC that has Wiznet is on your home network, just run Wiznet, Click SEARCH, wait, then CLICK UPLOAD. Get another cat5 cable hook them both up.
Don't you have a router?? What do you plug the other end of the Ihub cable to??

zeek i have a single dsl modem, i just ordered a att wireless should have by 2mrw so every time i want to watch tv i take off ethernet thats running from dsl to desktop, i also have a ethernet running from my living room to dsl and when i want to watch tv i just hook up that ethernet cable. i might have to wait till i get wireless as thats what i think

You have to have the iHub and the pc on the same network. You should ask your DSL provider for a new modem/router. Most newer ones have more than port.
