if it nfusionHD you will need to load R25

if it a solaris or phoenix u will need to load 153.1

Thanks i have the nfusion hd. here is what i am doing i am using the dish set up by dishnetwork. i am getting no or bad signal, with all other equitment i have used in past i was able to find problem but with the nfusion it is a whole new ball game. or maybe i have been away from it to long. this box i got from a friend and he said it was already set up ???. the question i have is their a step by step i can go to...thanks again

ok what type of lnb and dish is it? have you loaded v1.3 sr 25f file ? you can check by hitting menu=information-stb information.confirm s/w. now hav4e you got internet connection? do you have ip address? menu-system settings-network settings?check and see.have you assigned ports in your antenna settigs? port 1 to 119 and port 2 110?

ok we have that info now can you confirm soft ware in the reciever-menu -information--stb information and confirm you have latest software-v1.3 sr 25f.after you do that hit menu again -system settings-network settings and tell me do you have ip address in there ?it will look something like this -192.168.001.002

also in your antenna settings disable legacy switch and put diseqc option port 1 for 119 and port 2 for 110,and for 119 use tp 12239 for grabbing s/q and use 12224 for tp on 110.

ok you have older version software .you need v1.3sr 25f not 24.and do you have internet connection? ip address on nfusion? this is very important.

you need to upload v1.3sr 25f this is the latest file ,24f is a older file. now we can do that after.how are you connected to the internet ,include the router you are useing and if your hardwired or have wire less adapters? your router assigns address.
