Whats this post for anyway not for new mods is it, if so i'm your man, lots of experience in both catagory's , very experienced with dealing with receivers and especially the feedback that you can give the members, honesty and your trust, they all need to feel safe but there is a limit to just how far one can go. Members comes first but again they need to be able to trust you and are able to help them when they need it. Also the site must stay under control and it seems this site has all of that, I know I was a mod on what they called the top sites on the internet and the admin use to tell me to do what I had to , to keep control of all situations but there is a big difference on how they wanted me to handle some situations, just didn't have the heart to do it. Anyway not sure what this thread is all about but anyway just thought I would throw that in.
