360 premier HELP good single no pic

ok guys loved the sv4000 wanted to get teh PVR got the 360, just got it last night....here's the prob. followed the dircs. upload the 360bin then the channels, then the sats., then the latest bin, everything looks to be up and running but there is no pic, i get the same no single, however the single bar @ the bottem is up, when i go to the dish set up single and quility are great...

I'm still new @ this stuff, i'm sure it's something very small please help me out! Anything is better then nothing!!

lated the file and put back the file and do auto scan went you finish turn the reciver off 5mnts ..... if that dont work post back please

ok so i got my box up and running...thanks so much....not to impressed, maybe it's not right??

my steps:
factory reset, force loaded the 360rom, restart, let it sit 5 min, turn back on, scanned 119,110,91-worked well good singal and Q. turned off from the rear, forced the new file from usb, turned back on, everything looks good, pic up and looking good.

My questions:
1) how do you populate the EPG?
2) when i hit the catorgory button, it takes about 10-20 secs for the words to display??
3) When i hit the sat. button on the remote, i get double sataillites, as in 1) local 2)echo 8,x 3) echo 8,x it just doubles and it lists 2 other sats i never scanned?? nimqu 2 and anik 3
4) it also seems like i need to hit all the button 2 times on the remote...

to be honest i'm not that impressed with the latest 360 premier...i loved the 4000 just wanted the PVR. please help me

Do a factory default and start from scratch again.

Make sure the time setting is okay otherwise you won't get proper EPG and let it sit on a channel for ten minutes or so to populate the EPG.
