signal&quality issues w/ sv 360 premier

please need advice on my sv 360p, got it last wednesday and it has not been working properly signal and quality drops to 0 and i have to reboot it every time before i would last hours but now its every 5 minutes, should i just send it back before da 2 weeks that give as a return period. i know my settings are fine because im testing a conaxsat mini and its working around tha clock.

Ok buddy. Load the Clean System File(V0119P) then the latest bin file V0122P... we have the same unit buddy. I just got last wk. So far so Good.

loaded clean file systemvo119 and updated vo122, and i luck any other advice would be much appreciated.

what is your dish and settings bud sounds like something is out .. lets try and get it fixed ..

one other thing is , im am using the usb stick ,should i try to load w/null cable?.

well if all is working properly and you are just missing the signal and q no wait .. just send the dish and settings .. thanks

Try to do a Factory reset then reload the factory Bin then the V0119P and the V0122P... If this process buddy no luck for you. Better to return and exchange..Or whatever.

SV360 Premier_V0119P Must be loaded on all new premiers
Hello everyone,

Please perform the follow step to clean out the system, and be able to update later fix on the way.(this will auto factory reset)

Please to do this you can only see menu correctly using composite (RCA) output , that is the Yellow , red ,white outputs

SV360 Premier_V0119P clean syst files.
=============================


For USB Port loading:

1. Load new fixed V0119P and new 360 Premier SAT FILE 06-02-08.sat SAT File onto USB device
2.Press&Hold front panel OK button, at the same time switch read switch ON, Loading Menu will display.
3.Select new sat file and load
4.After load new sat file, select latest fixed and load
5.Reboot, setup and rescan


For Serial Port loading:

1. Turn OFF the Premier OFF completely
2. Connecting the Premier and PC with Null modem cable
3. Press&Hold front panel OK button, at the same time switch read switch ON, Loading Menu will display.
4. Open Loader 1.1
5. Click Connect to choose Com Port
6. Choose new 360 Premier SAT FILE 06-02-08.sat SAT File and let it update
7. After sat file update is done, repeat step 4-6 but this time choose SV360Premier_V0119P to update
8. When all update are done, do a power recycle (reboot)
9. Do setup and sat scan.



did you read this before you loaded the newest file this is a must for all new 360 p's
