help setting up please

Ok, I just received my new SV360 Premier, in addition to my SV collections. Now I want to set this up properly. I read from edwinsao and other sticky posts about setup. Do I have to load the v119(clean system file) and SAT file first than anything else, or what?
If I have to load the clean system and SAT files, I am a little confused with the step that says: "Press and hold front panel OK button, at the same time switch read and switch ON." What is or where the heck is "switch read and switch ON?

The line that says "Press and hold front panel OK button, at the same time switch read and switch ON." is extremely confusing and must be a typo. It should read "Press and hold front panel OK button and switch on unit from the main power switch in the back". This will allow you to load up the sat and rom files. The screen will only be viewable by connecting with the composite (not component) cables to the tv. Once you're on the screen, you can select the file you want only by pressing the buttons on the unit itself (the buttons sorrounding the OK button).

Ok so load up first the 119 clean up system, then the sat file, and then load up the latest working bin (currently 131)

topspin.with a new stb,all ya need to do is load up the latest file buddy.
your reading about cleaning things out latter if you need.and force loading.noting of which will apply to new installation that im aware of.
it should all be very easy and straight forward.
place extracted file on usb stick.and load her up via menu/usb menu system.
setup and sat scan buddy.
