EPG??????

Over half of the channels give me a no information message? How do I fix it? Went to 239 and let it set for about ten minutes, and that's when about half of the channels came in, but the rest are still missing in action!!!

Turn the back switch off then on again with it set to ch 239.

turn the back off then back on ,turn front on and then off let sit off for 4 to 6 min you should have epg

Sorry guy's, tried both ways and still only about half of the channels have epg. Most are no information??????

Maybe it depends upon where in the continent you are located, but I found that I needed to go to channel 200 to get my EPG. Once I did that, just a couple of minutes was enough to load 'er up. Worth a try.

I had same problem and took systemdudes advice and trid channel 200. Now I have epg for all channels.

Tried 200 and still no luck. I tried it the way boboisno1 and Brian3180 said and still nothing. When I try it Brian3180's way and turn the box off from the back, the box is already on when I switch it back on from the back. If that matters? Love the box, but miss my EPG, BAD!!!

di ya put it on the ch before ya powered off from the back then turn it back on most of the mods say to put it on 239

Yes tried it on 239 and 200. Do I need to hit the green EPG button or the guide button? I tried both ways already with no luck? Doesn't make sense to me. Could I have something not set right or could the directv LNB's be causing a problem? Any suggestions?

can you confirm in your settings that you do see 119 listed on top right when you select 119 from the list and 110 listed on top right as you change satelites respectively. This could be a problem. go to channel 200 and press quide button and let it run for 5 min.

if your on 110 119 go to bio channel for five minutes then to showtime 2 for five minutes the evp will filll up

Yes I have both 119 110 locked but DO NOT have all EPG for either bird! I'm getting all channels too so if I wasn't locked on both sats then I would be missing half the channels.

I am getting some EPG on both sats, just not most of them! Any suggestions?

in your user option list have you changed your epg settings?
