still can't get new sv360 prem to work

hello everyone , i bought a sv360 prem and have had it for @ 2-3 wks, and i'm still getting "no service or scrambled" on all chans. can anybody tell me what i'm doing wrong?? thanks

Make sure you have latest bin installed plus confirm you are pointed at the right birds.
Check signal and quality numbers. You might just need a small tweek in your skew.

i loaded 146, & got some free chans but no prem chans and still same message. thanks

in dish settings are you getting in the gray box on upper right corner the satellite showing that is in your dish settings. also do you have autoroll on

if you loaded 146 are you trying to get bev you need 145p for dis**** we need to know what your settings are lnb type we need more info

FIRST-in post 3 you say you have 146 loaded. this will not work for 110,must have 145 installed to pickup E8(110). What satellite are you trying to link to

in post 6 you said yes at 110 where it should say 91 if that is the case then your dish is not aligned to 91. did you set your settings for 91 under dish settings in main menu and did you aim dish to 91 for your area. also 146 correct for b3v

i went back & loaded 145 and scaned echo8 and it is working thanks for all the help. i guess i am just used to the pansat250 being able to scan sevral sat, while locked to 110. is this not possible with the sv? thanks again

ok im sorta in the same boat diff was i loaded 145 no prob and now cant get ****e! tried rebooting,tried auto roll on,patience is gettin this seeing as i just bought this box....i loaded 145 watched tv....couple days later came home from work and got a scrambled msg.....what the hell .....some one help in lamens terms please....other wise mr sv360 is gonna meet mr 26 oz framing hammer....im runnin a sv360 prem.
