Maybe someone can help me??? After setting my sonicview 360 premier up, and scanning, all turned out well. I got all my channels...... then we got hit. I put the new fix on it, and pooffffffff , everything was gone, all the settings, and all the channels. Is this normal? Do we have to do this everytime a new fix comes out?????
No, this is not normal. there seems to be a problem with this file. Mine deleted everything, I re-entered and scanned again and still nothing...

Did you scan before you added the latest file to the receiver?, on a new receiver that will wipe you out. When you add the new file that came out tonight, then setup and scan, you should be set.
