Factory file
Do you have to load the factory file first on a new sv360 premier before loading latest bin?

New SV owner;
after loading this latest bin, we have to select SATs 110 & 119 and then scan the SATs, right?
with CS, u just load the file, hard boot, and all the old channels show up and watch. So am i doing something wrong or this is how SV works?
