Never had this before, new file
ok loaded the new file up worked for about 30 sec. then my signal and Qu. both went to zero. i did a hard reboot and again the same thing, 30 sec. and then it goes out, yesterday before it went out everything was fine...new file new trouble, can't be much ??? please help me out???

Try this.... When you lose Q go to your dish settings and change the Tp..... It might come back. The 8000 has had a similar problem so that may be an easy fix for now.

with you have no signal it can be your cables,switch...
if you have signal but no quality try to do as lonster said.

thanks guys but it works then just stops, if it was a cable or tp it wouldn't show up at all, wouldn't you think? what about loading an older bin checking my signal...Q won't show up but ....i don't know

If you do a factory reset,load the file again and put back your settings?
