no sound on PPV channels

I'm a newbie and having problems with some movie channels. My signal and quality are high at upper 80's but some PPV channel have no sound at all. Does anyone else have this problem? Please help, thank you all. This place is awesome!

go the channel with no audio>>press the audio button in your remote control>>select english>>and thats it

do a hard reboot with switch on back and that should fix it

Thanks for you help! you guys rock! hit audio on remote and selected english and whala.....it works. I guess for some reason "english-dolby" doesn't work.
