no guide info on 110w?

hello to all, i'm kinda new at this. I am having a problem with my epg not having information for 110w, i have picture, but no info. 119w is running smoothly. I had guide listings on both 2 days ago. i have tried sitting on channel 200 and 239. I've tried shuting down from the back and the front & waiting 10 mins, rescaning the satalite. Oh and i tried reloadng the last download. i don't know what else to try, anyone know how to fix this?

Check that your settings have not accidentally changed. The time-zone setting and selection of summer time (daylight saving time) are critical. The selection of your local state and city are important but less critical. 200 has always worked for me, and 239 apparently works well for some others.
