Premier Down/Frozen?

Around 7:30pm tonight, DN down/frozen. Mod here suggested loading V0119P & SAT FILE 06-02-08. He said that's for new box.

I have had my box for a few months now so do i need to load those two files. I saw V0119P but couldn't find the 06-02-08, whatever that means.

I am going to assume you already tried hard-booting the unit with the rear power switch. The DN channels on my 360 froze up a couple of days ago and that was all that was required in my case.

The V0119P file is known to cure some issues that may arise with the Premier, whether a new install or something that developed during normal use. Here is the thread with the relevant info:

(The "06-02-08" is just the date of the file release.)

Once that has been done, then naturally you need to load the latest BIN to continue receiving channels. Let us know how it goes.
