SV 360 Freezes on startup "main"

I did a hard reboot by switching off at the back and turning it on the same way. Now I only see "main" on the front display of the box and a blank tv screen with the usual sv background. it even doesnt respond to my remote. its like its frozen for some reason as it starts up.

Please help. it doesnt respond to any of the buttons.
