sv360 freezes. cant even go to menu or to USB

Not sure whats happening. I cant even go to USB to watch recorded tv. any advice?

turn box off from back switch wait about 15 seconds then turn on from back and front and see what happens

I have tried turning on and off several times but the same thing happens. I just see "main" on the display and nothing on the tv screen. It doesnt respond to my remote
