no epg
 i need help. i have epg on my 110 but all the 119 channels say no information? |

 ok. i checked all the settings and they all match. i sat on ch 200 for 30min and even sat on ch 239 for 30 min. i have it on all satilites but when switch it to 119 the whole section says no information. if i change it to that channel it still comes on.  |

 please help. i still have no information on my epg for my 119 sat. i had it before but i earased all channels and rescanned my sats. my goal was to get rid of my double channels. now i only have epg for the 110 sat. im soooo confused?  |

Have you tried the echostar package? Press the Sat button on your remote, move highlight down to Echostar package and OK. Let us know if this does it...

ok i just tried echo star package and i got the same results. the all no information channels were for the 119 sat. and the guide shows for my 110. when i had double channels i had epg for both sats. but the guide was only 2 hours out. now my 110 goes for days. do u think its the way i scan my sat?

Are you sure??only 110 with info?
But you need 119 to get full epg on DN pack.
If you did a factory reset,please post your antenna settings.

what i did was one by one earased all the channels.then i went by the instructions (Setup for Sonicview 360 Premier). the only thing different was when i did my sat. settings the 119 wouldnt get a signal if i used the OCS DP so i had to use legacy twin a. my quailty jumps from 29,24,0 on 119 and s is67. my 110 shows steady q-90 s-79. could this be the problem?

yep.you need better Q on 119.
Use the same lnb settings for both sat's.
Also the sat name should shows up on the top right corner,using TPfreq 12239.
