need help

i have a 360 premier i scan sats 119 and 110 i get all the channels but i get them all mix up.the ppv's mix with porn and cartoon channels,the hbo's mix with the local channels. i had a sv4000 in the past in all the ppv's we're together the same with hbo's stars and so on.is there a file that can load all the channels without scanning the sats? thanks for the help.

hit the sat button in your control and select DN package

Im not sure if you resolved your problem but i had the same issue with my new captiveworks and i had to go into the system settings and choose the sort by sid option. Hope this helps !!
