No quality
Alright I have been working on this now for a week. I got a brand new 360 last wednesday. I cannot get it to get quality on any sat. First off let me start by telling you with this exact same setup i can physically removed the box and hook up either the sv4000 or my hd box and it has no problem locking nad to either 110 or 119 but as soon as i put my 360 in then i can 89 or 90 signal but NO quality.
My have a dish pro with a lnb that has teh 4 outputs. I have tried all transponders on both 110 and 119 and still get no quality I have it set to port 1 for 119 and port 2 for 110.
I have tried with the factory firmware and nothing, I have pu the clean v119 on and nothing, then the new sat file, still nothing. This is getting old, is it the box?

Re: No quality
Load the sat file. Then the cleanup file. Then the latest bin. Factory default and then try and rescan. If still not working give us your Antenna settings so we can look for problems.

You are doing right buddy.. And i know the SV360 is semilar features to sv-4000. And all Dish setting are the same... My opinion, looks like the problem of your sv360 is the tuner, is the problem.

Re: No quality
is the right sat in the top right corner? that may be the problem. if you are pointed at the right sat but have the wrong one selected your quality would say 0.

Re: No quality
as i stated it is not a alignment issue since it works fine with two other fta boxes and has worked with no problems until i try and use the 360. I am not using any switches, my lnb has 4 outputs
can anyone post a link to the correct files i should load, the most current sat and the most current cleanout? I was using v19?
