No quality no channels???

I have a strength of mid to high 90's but no quality i have "the top-rated 31” Winegard satellite dish" and a twin KU LNB it has a beige plastic out and a grayish white front ive tried multiple satellite and no quality am i loading my bin in right or do i have to do somehting else.

your bin does not have anything to do with it.your quality is when your on the bird.

ON THE BIRD?? Im still kind of new to this so how can i get my channels?

what ever sat you are aiming at.say 119 when you lock on to that sat 119 then you quality will come up and it will say 119 in the upper right hand corner of your stb in the setting

if there isnt anything there, what must i do its just a blank blue square in the corner

You need to be sure to have the correct files loaded first, most importantly the latest bin file. Once you have your settings correct (all this detail is in the step-by-step sticky for the Premier), then you can start the aiming. It`s much more critical than most people think -- only one or two degrees off in any direction and the Q goes to zero.

Have you started your aiming with directions from the dishpointer site to ensure you are at least close?
