No Sound

Hi folks,

I have two receivers in my house, both seem to have pictures, but only one has sound.

No the mute button is not on, the volume is turned up on the receiver and TV.

This is the same for both DN and BEV on the one receiver.

Any ideas??

try a hard reboot if that does not work turn off the dolby

Try the DOLBY DIGITAL off, it should be on your user settings.

Well it seems to be working now.......

Not sure what I did ????

I did a hard reboot, waited a couple of minutes, and still nothing, just very faint.

Came back from hockey and low and behold its working....

I'll keep your ideas in my back pocket for next time.
